Hello! I’m Debbie — a lover of Jesus, pastor’s wife, mom, and encourager, who is passionate about discovering pathways to simplicity in our daily lives.

My Favorite things —I love to spend time with my husband Mark, my three adult children and two daughters-in-law. I enjoy reading, cooking, and crafting, including restoring old furniture. Spending time in my small garden is also fun! I love Lake Michigan sunsets in the summer and Ohio snow days in the winter. My journey into writing and publishing continues to grow me and challenge me in new ways.

Helping others – I love meeting and encouraging people from all walks of life. I serve as the director of a food pantry for families in need. I also enjoy leading women's ministries at our church as well as directing the worship ministry. Helping develop future leaders in these areas brings me great joy.
