Simple Hot Cocoa Mix Recipe

This recipe was first given to me by a long-time friend, and our family has enjoyed it every year since. I hope your family will enjoy it too!
Hot Cocoa Mix
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups powdered chocolate milk mix
- 6 Tbsp. regular non-dairy powdered creamer
- 3/4 cup French vanilla powdered non-dairy creamer
- 2 cups nonfat dry milk
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Combine all ingredients. Stir until well blended.
For one serving of hot cocoa: Stir 1/4 cup hot cocoa mix into 1 cup hot water or milk.
Large Quantity Recipe Hot Cocoa Mix
- 1 box (1 lb., 10 oz) nonfat dry milk (8 cups)
- 4 cups sifted confectioners sugar
- 2 jars flavored nondairy creamer (8 oz. each) *I use French Vanilla
- 1 jar (11 oz) nondairy creamer
- 1 box (1 lb.) chocolate milk mix
- 1/2 tsp. salt
